What did Amanda need?
This project is critical to the financial sustainability of our university. We need to prepare for online Fall semester 2020 instruction and continue planning for the possibility of in-person instruction for Spring 2021. We need to devise a seamless online experience that integrates instruction and student support while addressing the digital challenges faced by our students. And we need to create a compelling message for prospective students to encourage enrollment.

What did Joan have to offer?
I am passionate on giving back to the community as I have gained a lot of experience over the years and can share my wealth of knowledge and skills to leaders who are committed to success. I have completed a Certificate in Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching and am in the process of getting certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF). For me to complete that process I need 50 hours of coaching of which I already have 30, so volunteering to coach is mutually beneficial. I have overt 30 years of experience working in senior positions in international development, academia and in the private and public sectors. I have implemented change in organisation and in my last organisation as Director of Human Resources and Facilities Management had to development and implement changes in the Division as part of a wider institutional change programme.
